Two things. First, configuration: connecting your lead sources (Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor), tuning the AI qualification rules to your trade, customizing your response templates, and a guided onboarding session. Second, registering your business with the phone carriers, which federal rules require before anyone can text your customers on your behalf. We start that registration the day you sign, because it's the part we don't control. Setup fees are non-refundable once your system has been configured and activated (see our Refund Policy).

No long-term contracts on anything we sell, Speed to Lead or the standalone systems. Everything is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans offer 2 months free but can still be cancelled with a prorated refund.

Yes. Inbox Sorter is a one-time setup you can buy by itself, no Speed to Lead plan required. It also stacks with any plan if you want your inbox and your lead response handled together.

We file it the day you sign. Everything else, including lead capture, qualification, routing, and your dashboard, works from day one.

You're month-to-month, so if it's not pulling its weight you cancel and you're done. But we'd rather fix it than lose you. "Working" means faster response times and more booked jobs, and we show you the actual numbers. As a founding-cohort client you get us tuning the system with you, not a ticket queue.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime, or we'll queue additional leads until the next billing cycle. We never drop your leads.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. Our Gold and Platinum plans include CRM integrations with popular platforms like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, and more. We also offer custom integrations for Platinum customers.

Our AI analyzes incoming leads based on urgency, budget signals, contact quality, and job specifics. It scores leads from 0-100 and categorizes them as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Rejected, so you can prioritize your follow-ups.

Gold plans include phone support. Platinum plans get priority support with a same-business-day response target.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access is locked down with SSO and role-based permissions, and we never sell or share your leads or customer info with third parties. Your data is yours.
