How do I get started?

What does the setup fee cover?

The one-time setup fee covers initial configuration of your automation system, including lead source integration (Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor), AI qualification rules tuned to your trade, response template customization, and a guided onboarding session. Setup fees are non-refundable once your system has been configured and activated (see our Refund Policy).

Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans offer 2 months free but can still be cancelled with a prorated refund.

What happens if I exceed my monthly lead limit?

Accepted Answer

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime, or we'll queue additional leads until the next billing cycle. We never drop your leads.

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes! Our Pro and Enterprise plans include CRM integrations with popular platforms like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, and more. We also offer custom integrations for Enterprise customers.

Our AI analyzes incoming leads based on urgency, budget signals, contact quality, and job specifics. It scores leads from 0-100 and categorizes them as Hot, Warm, Cold, or Rejected, so you can prioritize your follow-ups.
