Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Vertos AI subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing support@vertosai.com.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain full access to the Service until the end of the billing period
• No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-billing cycle
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow export, then deleted per our retention policy

2. Setup Fee

Some subscription tiers include a one-time setup and configuration fee. This fee covers system configuration, integration setup, and initial onboarding.

• Non-refundable once your system has been configured and integrations activated
• Full refund if your system has not been configured within 14 days of payment

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

3.1 First 30 Days

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a refund of your first monthly payment (minus any setup fees already incurred).

3.2 After 30 Days

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days. You may cancel at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

3.3 Service Credits

If we fail to meet our Service Level Agreement commitments, you may be eligible for service credits as described in the SLA. Service credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@vertosai.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your account
• The reason for the refund request
• Any relevant documentation or screenshots supporting the request

We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
